Payment & Billing

We accept a wide variety of payment methods through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, Diners Club, and Maestro
  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all other UPI-enabled apps
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks supported
  • Wallets: Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and more
  • EMI: Credit card EMI options available for eligible cards
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption.

We currently support payments in the following currencies:

  • Indian Rupee (INR): Primary currency for Indian customers with all local payment methods
  • US Dollar (USD): For international customers paying via credit/debit cards

The currency is automatically selected based on your location, but you can also manually change it during checkout. Exchange rates are applied in real-time for USD transactions.

Absolutely! Your payment security is our top priority:

  • SSL Encryption: 256-bit SSL encryption protects all transactions
  • No Card Storage: We never store your complete card details on our servers

Sea Width never has access to your full payment details. All sensitive data is handled directly by Razorpay.

Yes! We occasionally offer promotional coupon codes for discounts on our products. During checkout:

  • Look for the "Apply Coupon" section on the payment page
  • Enter your coupon code and click "Apply"
  • The discount will be reflected in your order summary

Coupon codes may have specific terms and conditions, such as validity periods or minimum purchase requirements. Only one coupon can be applied per order.

Products & Pricing

We offer three Album Manager plans to suit different event sizes:

  • Small Album - ₹499 / $9: Perfect for birthdays, family festivals, picnics, and group trips. Ideal for smaller gatherings with basic photo storage and sharing needs.
  • Big Album - ₹2,499 / $29: Best for engagements, anniversaries, and corporate events. Enhanced features with more storage capacity and advanced sharing options.
  • Mega Album - ₹9,999 / $119: Designed for weddings, convocations, and large festivals. Premium features including unlimited storage, AI-powered organization, and priority support.
All plans include smart album organization, privacy controls, guest upload capability, and WhatsApp sharing.

Album Manager comes packed with features to make your event photo management seamless:

  • AI-Powered Organization: Smart face recognition automatically groups photos by people
  • Privacy Controls: Granular settings to control who can view, download, or share your photos
  • Guest Uploads: Allow event guests to contribute their photos to your album
  • WhatsApp Sharing: Direct sharing integration with WhatsApp
  • Secure Cloud Storage: Your photos are safely stored with enterprise-grade security

Once you purchase an album plan, you have access to your album for:

  • Small Album: 10 days from purchase date
  • Big Album: 1 month from purchase date
  • Mega Album: 3 months from purchase date

Before your access expires, we'll send you reminders via email. You can download all your photos anytime during your active subscription period.

You can also keep your album by creating a monthly subscription at nominal rate. This option becomes available when an album activates.

Yes, you can upgrade your album plan at any time! Here's how it works:

  • Go to your Account page and select the album you want to upgrade
  • Choose your new plan (Big Album or Mega Album)
  • You'll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan
  • All your existing photos and settings will be preserved

Contact our support team if you need assistance with upgrading.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies based on the album plan purchased:

  • Small Album (₹499 / $9): Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no photos have been uploaded
  • Big Album (₹2,499 / $29): Full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 50 photos have been uploaded
  • Mega Album (₹9,999 / $119): Full refund within 30 days of purchase if less than 100 photos have been uploaded
Note: Once significant usage has occurred (photos uploaded, album shared), refunds are provided at our discretion based on the circumstances.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Go to your Account page and find the order you want refunded
  • Click on "Request Refund" or contact us via the Contact page
  • Provide your order ID and reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

You can also email us directly at support@plooran.com with your refund request.

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
  • UPI: 2-3 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Wallets: 1-2 business days

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

In certain situations, some charges may not be refundable:

  • Payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3% of the transaction)
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago (for Mega Album) or beyond the refund window
  • Albums with significant usage that have been shared with multiple users
  • Promotional or discounted purchases may have different refund terms

We evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

Account & Security

Creating an account is quick and easy:

  • Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right of any page
  • Enter your email address and create a password
  • Or use "Continue with Google" for one-click registration
  • Verify your email address (if using email registration)

Once registered, you can immediately start purchasing and using our products!

If you've forgotten your password:

  • Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?"
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Check your email for OTP
  • Verify the new password with OTP

The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

We take data protection seriously:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256
  • Secure Infrastructure: Hosted on AWS with enterprise-grade security
  • Privacy First: We never sell your data to third parties
  • Access Controls: Only you control who sees your albums and photos
  • Regular Audits: Our systems undergo regular security assessments

Yes, you can delete your account at any time:

  • Go to Account Settings
  • Select Security
  • Scroll to the "Delete Account" section
  • Confirm your decision with Password
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your albums, photos, and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Make sure to download any photos you want to keep before deleting your account.
